Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your items(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@quimborides.com.

Costs of shipping to locales not covered by our Free Shipping bonus are calculated at checkout.

International shipping transit times are between 1 to 3 weeks.

Damages
Please inspect the package of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@quimborides.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns
A 30-day Return Policy is offered and the clock starts on the delivery date. May you decide to return a merchandise, send an email to returns@quimborides.com with the order number and attach a picture of the item. Please ensure that it is unused, and that the package you send contains all the elements delivered to you, including the original packaging, documentation, parts, etc.

Shipping costs are customers' responsibility. Upon reception the package is inspected for any missing or damaged component and if so, it may result in deduction from the refund amount or in rejection of return.

Cancellations & Refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to $20.00 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order.

A New Kind of Mobility Solution

Difficulty walking can happen to anyone and for a variety of reasons ranging from injuries to arthritis to problems with the feet, heart or lungs. But for many, a wheelchair or bulky, heavy, lead-acid powered four-wheel scooter just isn’t the right solution. For example, you may have adequate strength, movement or mobility to stand and walk for short distances but aren’t able to handle the walk from the parking lot to the football stadium or theater, or can’t enjoy shopping or walks in the park with your spouse or grandchildren. To join the fun, you need a lightweight scooter that can go anywhere with you.

The intended use of this mobility scooter is to provide mobility to persons with full use of their upper and lower extremities and who are able to support themselves in an upright position. This product is primarily for indoor use and outdoor capabilities are limited to hard, flat and even surfaces such as concrete, black top and other similar surfaces. While we understand the scooter’s outdoor capabilities are limited, when driving near uneven obstacles, follow the safety guidelines outlined within the safety section of the user manual. This product is not a medical device and is not intended to assist, treat, diagnose or alleviate any medical condition or disability.

The base SNAPnGO weighs only 31 pounds — about the same as a packed suitcase — and folds easily to fit in your back seat or trunk. To set it up, step on the foot pedal to raise the t-bar and snap it into running position, insert the seat post to attach the seat. You’re ready to go!

Easy for Everyone

Highly maneuverable and easy to drive, you simply press the right thumb control to go forward or in reverse and squeeze the left brake lever to stop. In addition, the release of the throttle engages an electronic motor brake for smooth stopping and precision control. The mechanical rear brakes will ensure additional stopping power when needed. When darkness falls, front and rear LED lights help keep you safe. It has three speed settings to accommodate various environments and has a rider weight capacity of up to 300 pounds.
